Utrecht, 3 November 2026. Bricklog, the BI and data specialist for business control in Transport & Logistics, is introducing Bricklog Twin today at ICT&Logistiek 2026. It gives hauliers AI agents and assistants that work with their own management information from their TMS, FMS, WMS and other sources relevant to the data question. Bricklog Twin does not only look back, it calculates ahead: what will a decision made today mean in six months for margins, customer relationships and capacity? The solution is built on the Artific AI platform and can be seen live on the Bricklog stand at the Jaarbeurs (hall 8, stand A9.050) until 5 November.
From looking back to calculating ahead
Hauliers make decisions under time pressure every day. Taking on a new customer, adjusting a rate, adding another tractor unit. A choice like that is quickly made, but it works through in the margin for months. Until now, you only saw afterwards, in your reports, whether it was a good one.
For more than ten years, Bricklog has given hauliers daily management information per customer, per trip and per consignment. Bricklog Twin adds the next step: AI that uses that same reliable data to run scenarios before you make the decision.
What Bricklog Twin does
- Ask questions in plain language. For example: which customers lost margin last quarter, and why?
- Run scenarios. What will a rate change, a new lane or the Dutch HGV toll do to your margins over the next six months?
- Flag issues in time. Agents spot deviations in margin per customer or trip before they show up in the monthly report.
- Within your trusted environment. Bricklog Twin works on the same data as Bricklog’s Operations, Customer and CO₂ product lines.
Trust your data first
If you want AI to help you think through strategic choices, you first need to be able to trust the data underneath. That is why Bricklog Twin follows the same agreements as every Bricklog solution:
- The data stays the haulier’s.
- Data is stored in the Netherlands and kept strictly separate per customer.
- Data is never used to train AI models.
The Artific AI platform underneath gives access to more than 40 language models and switches over automatically when a model goes down. When a better model becomes available, Bricklog and its customers benefit straight away. Artific is ISO 27001 certified and was built with privacy and security first as its starting point.
