We know exactly where your data is and what happens to it
One of the most important pillars of our approach is that all data stays safely within the Netherlands and that we do not share data with third parties such as ChatGPT. To guarantee this, we offer our platform as a dedicated SaaS solution, and it is hosted in the Netherlands, 100% guaranteed. If a customer wants to run our AI solutions on-premise, locally on their own infrastructure, that is possible too. In practice, though, many organisations choose the SaaS solution for reasons of cost.
No data exchange with external platforms
Unlike platforms such as ChatGPT, which may use data to train their Large Language Models (LLMs), the data processed through Artific’s AI solutions is never shared with or sent back to external platforms. This means your data:
- Is not used to train or improve external AI models.
- Is not accessible to other organisations.
- Stays completely shielded from third-party tools or systems.
- Trains only your own model, with your own data.
This approach makes sure your confidential business information always stays within the secure boundaries of Artific’s platform. So you do benefit from the power of Large Language Models (LLMs), but we don’t hand them any confidential information in return: we store it in your own database. That means we know not only exactly what happens to your data, but also where it is. That alone makes our solution unique.
Fully GDPR-proof
