C-Creators is a non-profit network organisation that wants to speed up the transition to circular construction. It connects municipalities, housing associations, builders and developers, and helps them apply circular principles in their building projects. Good communication plays a key role in that.
The challenge
C-Creators is a small organisation with a large network and big ambitions. That led to a few familiar problems:
- too little capacity to produce content consistently;
- valuable input from meetings was left unused and never reused;
- no consistent tone of voice or writing style.
So C-Creators started working with Tisser, an Artific partner. The question was clear: can we use AI to create content faster and improve its quality, without sacrificing our own style and substance?
The approach
On the Artific AI Platform, Tisser built a custom AI Content Agent for C-Creators. The assistant knows the organisation’s tone of voice, formats and subject knowledge, and is fully tuned to how C-Creators works day to day.
The approach had five steps:
- Interviews with the team to map out writing style, formats and processes.
- Training the agent on existing publications and research reports.
- AI note-takers during sessions, panels and meetings, so that input is no longer lost.
- A GenAI training, so the team works with the agent independently.
- A practical manual and support from Tisser for adoption and further improvement.
In a live onboarding session, Tisser took the whole team through using the agent. People and AI work together here: the agent takes work off their hands, the team stays in control. That makes the solution not only strong in what it does, but also broadly supported.
The result
The C-Creators team now works with AI every day, in a way that contributes to its mission. That brings immediate benefits:
- content is published faster and is more consistent;
- the agent is fully tuned to the domain of circular construction;
- there is more control and structure in the communication around projects;
- the team is more involved in creating content;
- more room is left for strategy, because operational work is automated.
In short: more impact, less pressure of work and communication that fits the circular mission of C-Creators.
